I have been buying from this location for years and years. Huge selection of juices, Mods, tobacco and glass. Not a cigar smoker but their walk in humidor is pretty impressive. I like that they are VERY Strict about 18+ customers only rule. If for some reason they don’t have what you are looking for, they are very quick to offer to add it to the next stock order for your next visit. Nelson is one of the most knowledgeable employees I have had the pleasure to deal with at this location, he definitely deserves a raise or some kind of recognition from Corporate for his high level of brand knowledge and his energetic interactions with every customer he encounters.

This place was more customer service oriented but my recent visit made me wait for the cashier to finish his cell phone activity before ringing me up. I used to come in and immediately was greeted to asked if I needed help finding anything. This time I had to ask if I could imput my phone number to use points or gain a discount...is this just a particular party or are staff not being trained on the points and what all that entaild? The cell phone issue is purely rude...doesn't your staff get breaks and/or lunch to use their cell phones for their personal business? I'll be taking my business elsewhere if this is the service experience here because smoke shops are a dime a dozen...I can easily shop somewhere else...there's a smoke shop right across the way.

Been coming to this location for about 2 yrs have enjoyed the staff with their friendliness, helpfulness and overall general positive attitude only complaint is things they nor Wild Bill can't control overall great experience

Customer service is terrible, walk in and come up to the counter with 4 employees just talking to each other, im looking at all of them like tf as I’m standing there trying to be polite and not interrupt them at the counter for several minutes not one said anything to me.. so I just left and one guy says have a good day on my way out.. tf I’ll never come back here. This place is a joke
